WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please note: opened food products cannot be returned for a refund due to strict health and safety regulations.

You are entitled to a refund if your product(s) within the outside packaging meet the any of the following criteria:

  • If the food is damaged or inedible
  • Incorrectly delivered items that differs from your order

Whilst every precaution is taken packing your order, packaging can become squashed or damaged during transit by the delivery company.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

  • We ship from Sydney, Australia 
  • We process orders within 1 business day
  • We use Australia Post & Couriers Please for all deliveries outside of Sydney
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@savvysnackers.com.au - we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. 
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

If the recipient isn’t at home, a few things will happen:

  • The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so
  • If the driver is unable to leave the package, the package will be sent to the nearest post office for collection. If the recipient doesn't collect it from the post office within 14 days, the package will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional fee. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

We understand that situations change or you might change your mind. Please let us know within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Please note: the below are just estimates from our shipping providers.

Delays may occur due to the current COVID-19 situation.

  • Sydney: Select a delivery date!
  • Standard Metro NSW/ACT: 2-5 business days
  • Standard Metro WA/SA/TAS/VIC/QLD: 2-6 business days
  • Express Metro NSW/ACT: 1-3 business days
  • Express Metro WA/SA/TAS/VIC/QLD: 2-4 business days
  • Rural NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT: 3-5 business days
  • Rural WA/SA/TAS/NT: 4-7 business days

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we only ship across Australia. However, we'll be looking to expand to other countries over the next 6 months.
